To confirm your trip, a prepayment of 50% of the total amount shall be made. In order to ensure your medical travel goes as planned and without delay, please make sure an advance payment is made on time. Otherwise, the company shall not be responsible for any travel delays.

In the case of booking cancellation, we will refund 25% of your advance payment.
